We support a wide range of needs including the provision of talking therapies like Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Counselling from our accredited in-house Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapists and Counsellors.
We encourage and support all service users to take control and manage their own affairs, wherever practically possible. We actively support the establishment of independence by helping put building blocks in place, i.e. stability, positive self-image, self-esteem, continuity, strong supportive links, positive education and training, identity and good preparation.
